Adventurous Tastes turns 4!

Happy anniversary to me! That's right, food-lovers, Adventurous Tastes just turned 4 over the weekend!

Just four years ago, the Mr. (at that point, just the boyfriend) and I packed our things and headed from NYC to Atlanta. I followed my heart and my man back to my hometown, and I figured a blog would kill some time while I looked for work.

Here I am 800+ articles (and 4 jobs!) later. I can't imagine my life in Atlanta without Adventurous Tastes. The site has truly helped me feel connected to the city and the great bunch of food-loving readers, bloggers, restaurateurs, chefs and PR folks I've met along the way.

The post that started it all. I've come a long way since just 24 readers were paying attention!

Feeling nostalgic, I took a look back at some of my old articles. My most read article of all time: Dream Job: Function Party Crasher. And the runners up: Atlanta Food Entrepreneurs: PushStart Kitchen (Adventurous Tastes was the first to write about the now oh so popular Zach Meloy's supper club!) and Atlanta Underground Market (yep, I was the first there, too!)
