Companies that tap into the next big thing online, would definitely
succeed as the next most profitable companies in the world. Take
Facebook for example, the company started off with nothing, and they are
now valued as one of the most valuable online companies in the world –
with a face value that exceeds $100 billion dollars!
Well, every one wants a big pie of the next big thing, and it seems Microsoft strives to tap into such markets. And just recently, it seems Microsoft has started something called the Bing Fund, in which the fund would be used to foster startups that could bring a wave of innovation to Microsoft’s Online Services Division, or also known as the OSD. Perhaps we might see something big in the near future, after Facebook dwindles down?
